Chelsea secured a 2-0 victory against Everton on Saturday. Pedro Neto scored both goals for the London club. However, goalkeeper Emi Martinez suffered a head injury during the match. Medics took him to the hospital for safety checks after a collision.
Also, Liverpool overcame a one-goal deficit to defeat Brentford 2-1. Brentford played with ten men after the referee sent off Yehor Yarmolyuk for a head butt. This red card shifted the game in Liverpool's favor before the break.
Next, Fulham achieved their first win of the season. They defeated Hull City 1-0 at home. Meanwhile, Aston Villa beat Newcastle 1-0. Johan Manzambi scored the decisive goal for Villa.
Then, Manchester City maintained their perfect start by beating Ipswich Town 3-2. The team has now won seven consecutive matches. Despite the win, the club faces serious injury worries regarding several key players.
Specifically, manager Maresca saw Mateo Kovacic, Matheus Nunes, and Nico O’Reilly leave the field with injuries. Star striker Erling Haaland also walked off limping. The manager remains uncertain about the severity of these physical setbacks.

Furthermore, Phil Foden and Erling Haaland provided the goals for City against Ipswich. Zian Flemming scored a late penalty for Ipswich to create a tense finish. City managed to hold onto their lead until the final whistle.

Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest needs a win to improve their standing. They currently sit in 15th place in the league table. Fans expect a difficult contest as both teams fight for important points.
