President Zelensky says Ukraine will resume targeting Russian oil refineries after accusing the US of withdrawing critical military support.

President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Ukraine will resume strikes on Russian oil refineries. He made this decision after accusing the United States of withdrawing essential support. Zelensky previously paused these attacks for three days at Washington's request.

However, Russia continued to target Ukrainian energy infrastructure during that time. Zelensky stated that he is finished with the current restrictions. He believes Russia ignored a proposed energy ceasefire shortly after it was announced.

Meanwhile, Zelensky claims the US restricted intelligence sharing to pressure Kyiv. He also believes the recent limits on Starlink satellite services were a deliberate political move. These services help the Ukrainian military guide drones and protect its airspace.

Next, the Kremlin reported a large-scale attack on a refinery south of Moscow. Russian officials said they intercepted several missiles and drones. They noted that falling debris caused a fire at the site in Ryazan.

After that, Zelensky met with British officials in London to discuss the situation. The UK government promised to speed up the delivery of defensive missiles to Ukraine. European leaders also plan to address these developments at an upcoming summit.

Still, Ukraine faces a critical shortage of US-made Patriot air defense systems. Zelensky says he will only stop strikes on Russian oil if the US provides more of these missiles. He argues that these attacks are vital to cutting off Russian war revenue.

Furthermore, the Ukrainian leader expressed deep frustration with recent US actions. He criticized a deal between the US and Russia involving diesel imports. He views this agreement as an investment in Russia's ongoing war efforts.

Finally, Ukrainian defense officials confirmed that Starshield services were restored after recent disruptions. They are still investigating the reasons behind the sudden limitations. Zelensky maintains that Ukraine did not destroy its relationship with the United States.
